MANCHESTER UNITED:

Having beaten their city rivals in one of the nail-biting matches last week , United travelled to Britannia stadium for their next match. Stoke has always been a tough team to tame in the recent months .
Valencia had an early chance in the first half which he put it wide . Later on the counter-attack , Rooney put Nani beautifully towards the goal and even though Berbatov was unmarked & was in a great position than Nani , Nani showed his selfish streak and went for the glory and missed it by miles .
Giggs came in as a substitute for Nani in the 55th min , who is only one goal away from his 100th league goal .

6 mins later , Fletcher delivered a perfect waited pass to Giggs, who gave lovely cross through the legs of the defender and Berbatov tapped- in the first goal of the match.

In the 77th min United score from a set-play . Giggs produced a well placed free-kick into the box and O'shea was first to get to the ball and flicked it over the potters goal keeper.

Mins later Scholes gave good Aeriel pass to Giggs who was unmarked and Giggs couldn't find the right finish to score his 100th league goal.

Final score was Stoke City 0-2 Manchester Utd .....



LIVERPOOL:



Liverpool's next opponent were Tigers . Reds strikers are great form but thats not the area where they has to tidy-up some errors from the last match , its defending .
In the 11th min , Riera put the ball into the box and Torres reacted faster and controlled the ball beautifully with his right foot before finishing it with his left foot .

Just 3 mins later , Skrtel's clearance was not good enough , which resulted in an easy chance for unmarked Geovanni , who equalized for Hull with a left-footed volley.

In the 28th min , Benayoun gave lovely disguised pass to Torres , who evaded both defender and goal-keeper before tapping-in a simple goal .

In the 47th min , again Benayoun played Torres into the box and Torres dragged the ball with his right foot before scoring his hat-trick through the legs of the defender with his left-foot.

In the 61st min , Gerrard tried to give a cross and ended up in scoring a fantastic goal , but nobody was sure whether he meant it or not . But it was a great looking goal .

In the 88th min Dutch-Duos , Kuyt and Babel worked the ball into the box and Kuyt gave great low cross to Babel , who finished it off with a simple touch.

Again in the 91st min , Riera's shot was deflected-off Babel's heel before finding the net.

Final score was Liverpool 6-1 Hull .....

Wigan won its first match against the top four with a score line of 3-1 against Chelsea.

Drogba completed his 100th goal for Chelsea.

Cech was sent-off in the 51st min which means he will be missing an important match against Liverpool.


Arsenal won narowlly with a 1-0 victory over their city rival Fulham with the help of van Persie's goal .


Tottenham crushed Burnley 5-0 . Keane scored four goals .
