MANCHESTER UNITED:
A must win game for the champions Manchester united against Aston villa at home. Aston villa would hate to play in Old trafford as they have not won here since 1983.
Champions were playing without the star players like Rooney,Ferdinand,Vidic,Scholes.
In the 14th min it was Millner who gave the back pass to the goal keeper Friedel , which resulted in a free kick inside the box. Old trafford's most decorated legend Giggs gave the fisrt touch to the dead ball .It was Ronaldo who finished the free kick providing the champions 1-0 lead. It was a typical Ronaldo finish.
Man utd's defending looked shaky without the main defenders Ferdinand and Vidic. Aston villa did capitalize on this not once but twice. In the 30th min England international Barry gave a lovely cross to Carew who headed it home to level the score 1-1. In the 58th min it was the first goal scorer for aston villa carew gave a cross to Agbonlahor who converted it to goal to give aston villa lead over the champions.
In the 80th min it was Ronaldo again who scored a fantastic goal from 20 yards in response to Carrick's pass which levelled the score 2-2.
Friedel denied Flecher and Welbeck from finding the net.
Then it was all 17 year old italian debutant Maceda who received a pass from Giggs and turned brilliantly before curving the ball to score a winner goal in the 93 min. It is a debut not many footballers can get.
United will go top of the table as result of this epic win.
Final score was Manchester united 3-2 Aston villa.....
